To achieve this seamless cross-process synergy and ensure unmatched wear resistance for your production lines, our own manufacturing framework encompasses 11 distinct production stages, each rigorously engineered to guarantee high-quality tungsten carbide products:

Material Selection
Choosing high-quality tungsten carbide raw materials is crucial. We collaborate with top domestic suppliers, and although our prices are higher, RELINK prioritizes stable quality to deliver long-term value.

Wet Grinding Process
We use a ball mill containing 2.4-3 tons of alloy balls, capable of holding 500-600 kg of powder. After 40 hours of continuous grinding, we achieve various particle sizes of the tungsten carbide and cobalt powder mixture.

Spray Drying
We employ a large spray tower to replace traditional drying methods. The resulting powder particles have good roundness and uniform size, resulting in high density after pressing, with no cracks, delamination, or uneven density during sintering.

Blanks Pressing
Depending on the product, we adopt various pressing techniques. Isostatic pressing is the most common method, ensuring that the pressed green bodies have uniform density and no defects, thus enhancing quality.

Low-Pressure Sintering
The pressed green bodies are placed in a low-pressure sintering furnace. Through high temperature and pressure, the carbide particles bond to form a tough and wear-resistant material. Our process includes vacuum sintering to 1350 degrees Celsius and low-pressure sintering to over 1400 degrees Celsius, lasting a total of 18 hours with 7 hours of cooling. The primary function of low-pressure sintering is to reduce micro-porosity, which is one of RELINK’s main goals.

Blanks Testing
For each batch of sintered products, we retain sample blocks to ensure quality tracking from the source. We test the green bodies for hardness, density, flexural strength, and metallography, and only those passing all tests proceed to finishing.

Finishing
Mold processing employs top Japanese CNC machines, Nakamura-Tome, which enable drilling, grinding, electrical discharge machining, and polishing. This ensures precise dimensions, stringent polishing standards for internal cavities, excellent surface roughness, and prolonged product lifespan.

Finished Product Testing
We utilize various testing tools, including calipers, micrometers, roughness testers, and coordinate measuring machines. We provide quality inspection reports per customer requirements, ensuring RELINK products perfectly match client needs.

Packaging
We choose different packaging methods based on product shape. Typically, we use small boxes for filling and then package them in corrugated cardboard boxes. For orders exceeding 20 pieces, we can palletize, and for large custom items, we can use wooden crates. All packaging ensures that products remain undamaged during transport while enhancing their appearance to exceed customer expectations.

Logistics
We support international express shipping via FEDEX/DHL/UPS. For shipments over 40 kg, sea and air freight options are available, and we provide CO to help clients reduce tariffs. Our services include full tracking of logistics progress and assistance with import customs clearance to ensure customers receive their products smoothly.
